Social Media and SEO Manager

Position Overview:

Smart Web Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media and SEO Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media and SEO strategies to enhance our clients' online presence and drive organic traffic to their websites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Youtube, Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to clients.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Stay informed about search engine algorithms and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

3. Content Development:

• Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality and SEO-friendly content for websites and social media platforms.
• Optimize existing content for better search engine visibility.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, social media performance, and other relevant metrics.
• Provide regular reports to clients with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and SEO, preferably in an agency setting.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Familiarity with SEO tools and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
