Generative AI Education Platform
Reimagining How Schools, Teachers, and Students Connect Through Dynamic Venues and AI-Enhanced Education
Project Brief
ATNDA is a web-based education platform built on Laravel and MySQL, created to transform the conventional boundaries between schools, teachers, and students. More than just a lesson booking app, ATNDA acts as a digital marketplace where schools rent out their underutilized spaces, teachers deliver paid lessons, and students sign up to learn based on interest, time, and location—all powered by Google Maps, Stripe, and, soon, AI feedback systems.
ATNDA’s mission is simple yet ambitious: to democratize learning spaces and enhance personalized education, while providing additional income streams for educators and institutions.

The Challenge
Education has long been tethered to traditional institutions and rigid schedules. ATNDA identified a number of inefficiencies in the ecosystem:
- Schools have idle venues—labs, classrooms, and breakout rooms—sitting unused after hours or during flexible periods.
- Qualified teachers lack platforms to independently host lessons and build direct relationships with students.
- Students want flexibility to learn beyond their school’s timetable and explore specialized topics at their own pace.
Additionally, the surge in AI’s popularity presented a new opportunity: to integrate intelligent voice feedback and class-level analytics into this collaborative framework.

Our Approach
We engineered ATNDA as a modular learning marketplace, built for scalability, trust, and intelligent insights. Our focus was to make each component—schools, teachers, students, and AI—seamlessly connected.
Venue Listings for Schools
Schools can list available classrooms, labs, or multipurpose halls with details such as capacity, resources, hourly rental rates, and availability slots. This turns school infrastructure into revenue-generating assets.
Technology Stack
- Laravel – Framework for backend logic, dynamic lesson management, and transaction flows.
- MySQL – Scalable database for venue, lesson, user, and feedback data.
- Google Maps SDK – Powers intuitive geolocation and venue discovery.
- Stripe Subscriptions & Stripe Connect – Manage recurring payments and multi-party fund transfers.
- Redis (Planned for Phase 2) – Caching layer for scalable data analytics and AI result serving.
- AI Voice & Data Feedback Engine (In Development) – Layered on OpenAI/GPT models for voice-to-text and smart feedback generation.
Venue Search Powered by Google Maps
Teachers can locate and filter available venues in their preferred area using a Google Maps-based module. Advanced filters like subject tags, amenities, and time slots make it easy to book venues for specialized sessions like "Intro to Algebra" or "Geometry in Nature."
Teacher-Created Lessons
Teachers independently create and publish lessons, set prices, describe learning outcomes, and manage student rosters. The system supports flexible scheduling, repeat sessions, and feedback collection.
Student Discovery and Enrollment
Students can search for lessons via a smart search interface. Each listing provides:
- Time and location
- Lesson cost
- Subject focus
- Ratings and reviews
Payment for lessons is processed securely via Stripe, and students receive automated receipts and reminders.
Stripe-Powered Transactions
All financial activity flows through the platform:
- Teachers pay venue rental fees to schools.
- Students pay lesson fees to teachers.
- The platform acts as intermediary, using Stripe Connect to split and distribute payouts to stakeholders monthly, with full transaction history, tax documentation, and invoices.
AI-Powered Feedback & Analytics (Upcoming Phase)
Following the client’s appreciation for our previous AI integration projects, ATNDA is now entering an innovation phase where we’re embedding:
- Voice-based feedback generation for teachers to provide personalized AI-enhanced feedback to each student.
- Zoomed-out class analytics using AI to identify patterns like:
- Which age groups struggle most with a topic (e.g., candlestick charting)
- Class-wide trends in performance
- Group-level behavioral or learning gaps
Core Features of the Platform
- Clear Event Schedule and Details: Detailed sections on speakers, topics, and venue, with up-to-date event changes.
- Registration System: Easy online registration form integrated with the event API for seamless attendee management.
- Awards and Recognition Highlights: Spotlighting outstanding contributions in organ donation and transplantation.
- Speaker Profiles: Detailed bios of key speakers and industry leaders to attract and inform attendees.
- SEO Optimization: Content structured and optimized to attract and inform the target audience.
Results
Though still in the late pre-launch phase, ATNDA is already showing signs of high-impact potential:
- Multiple schools onboarded, offering dozens of premium venue listings.
- Initial wave of teacher registrations underway, with lesson drafts ready for launch.
- AI feedback integration project approved as a core feature for the next milestone, driven by positive client feedback on past AI work.
- Revenue model validated, offering dual monetization: for schools (venues) and teachers (lesson fees), with the platform earning a fee per transaction.
Conclusion
ATNDA isn’t just digitizing education—it’s reshaping its infrastructure. By turning schools into flexible learning hubs, empowering educators to monetize their expertise, and offering students curated learning paths powered by location and interest, ATNDA introduces a new chapter in modern, inclusive, and data-driven education.
And with AI-powered feedback and class analytics on the horizon, the platform is poised to become the most intelligent and adaptive learning marketplace of its kind.
