To streamline their recruitment process and enhance candidate evaluation, we developed a custom web-based recruitment portal tailored specifically to their multi-stage selection workflow. Our focus was on building a scalable system that enabled the DBA team to efficiently manage thousands of applications, improve internal collaboration, and prepare for future AI-driven enhancements.
The Challenge
The previous recruitment process at DBA involved a combination of emails, spreadsheets, and third-party form tools—resulting in:
