Kaleidoscope is an AI-driven infotainment platform focused on workplace inclusivity, diversity, and anonymous dialogue. Developed using Laravel and MySQL, this web-based system empowers individuals—especially employees across diverse organizations—to anonymously share real-life experiences where they felt uncomfortable, excluded, or marginalized.
By combining crowdsourced narratives with a GPT-powered language analysis engine, the platform educates users on inclusive communication, behavior, and workplace culture. It also provides HR departments and leadership teams with sentiment-based analytics and benchmark comparisons against national and global diversity standards.
