The Emirates Society of Emergency Medicine (ESEM) is a prestigious medical body hosting its annual conference in Dubai, attracting international delegates, keynote speakers, and healthcare professionals.
The goal was to create a highly engaging, interactive, and scalable website that could serve as:
- A complete information portal for the annual conference.
- A centralized system for abstract submission, speaker bios, and session scheduling.
- A marketing engine to drive registration and awareness.
- A user-friendly backend for real-time content management by the ESEM team.
My Approach
The visual strategy was centered around:
- A clean, clinical aesthetic balanced with bold CTA areas.
- Highlighting ESEM’s branding (colors, identity) across all UI elements.
- Grid-based layout inspired by global conference sites for intuitive navigation.
- Seamless mobile and tablet optimization for medical professionals on the go.
Typography, spacing, and structure followed international best practices for medical UX, ensuring accessibility and clarity.
