- Left-to-right layout showing a list of candidates on the left and full details on the right
- Resume, cover letter, and reference documents viewable in-app
- Comments and notes per candidate to track internal discussions
- Dashboard with visual insights on applicant flow and reviewer activity
- Role-based permissions for admins, reviewers, and coordinators
- Exportable reports and candidate summaries for board presentations

Easiest Swing is an online golf coaching business delivering digital courses, training programmes and educational content through WordPress and GoHighLevel (GHL). As the business continued to grow, the team needed greater visibility into revenue, customer activity and course performance without relying on multiple disconnected systems.
