To streamline their recruitment process and enhance candidate evaluation, we developed a custom web-based recruitment portal tailored specifically to their multi-stage selection workflow. - No central repository for application data or reviewer feedback
- Inability to rank or filter applicants intelligently at scale

We designed and built a full-featured recruitment portal from the ground up with the following key components:
- Custom pipeline with stages like Applied, Reviewed, Interviewed, Finalist, Accepted
- Drag-and-drop functionality to move applicants between stages
- Filtering, sorting, and tagging options for better control
- Left-to-right layout showing a list of candidates on the left and full details on the right
- Resume, cover letter, and reference documents viewable in-app
- Comments and notes per candidate to track internal discussions
- Dashboard with visual insights on applicant flow and reviewer activity
- Role-based permissions for admins, reviewers, and coordinators
- Exportable reports and candidate summaries for board presentations
- Designed the system to integrate AI scoring and natural language search
- Future-ready backend to support LLM-driven query handling like “Show me female candidates under 30 with leadership experience”
