We recently had the incredible opportunity to attend the CogX Festival 2024, where thought leaders from across the globe gathered to discuss the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence. The event at London’s iconic Royal Albert Hall was filled with deep discussions on AI’s transformative potential in industries like healthcare, fintech, public services, and cybersecurity. At Smart Web Agency, we were thrilled to be part of these conversations as they closely align with our AI-driven projects.

Smart Web Agency’s AI Projects
At Smart Web Agency, we’re no strangers to AI innovation. We’ve worked on several AI-driven projects, such as chatbots, which are revolutionizing customer service across industries by offering round-the-clock assistance, streamlining user queries, and improving engagement. These chatbots not only reduce human resource costs but also enhance the overall customer experience with smarter, more efficient responses.
One standout project we recently completed involved building an AI-based Edutainment System for one of our clients. This system was designed to educate users on the importance of inclusive language. In recent decades, the use of exclusive or offensive language has been identified in many forms of content, and the goal of this system was to help users refine their language to be more inclusive.
For this project, our team decided that GPT-3.5 Turbo was the ideal language model to start with, given its ability to understand and generate natural language. However, like many large language models (LLMs), GPT-3.5 can occasionally display bias in its outputs. To mitigate this, we applied advanced prompt engineering techniques to ensure that the system consistently produced bias-minimized and inclusive responses. This included creating structured prompts that considered context windows and past examples and using offensive or exclusive language content as a reference point to prevent such language from being used.
This project was a huge success, not only for us but for the client as well. It was a proud moment for Smart Web Agency as well, demonstrating our ability to create AI solutions that combine technical excellence with societal impact.
Most importantly, we are trialling an AI-based bug-tracking system that allows us to detect potential issues before they escalate. By identifying problems early, this system helps ensure smoother project workflows and improves overall software quality.
